Newbridge don’t have many 750 yard races but to break the track record by 23 spots is still a noteworthy performance from Jet Stream View (the artist formerly known as Treanaree Enda), whose sister Geelo Blissful won over 480m at Monmore the following night.
At Limerick, the strapping 68 pound Ballymac Tas was back on her sub 28.00 run in the first round of the Con and Annie Kirby Stake but was still the quickest on the night.
Finally, one for the notebook, Farran Bourbon who clocked the fastest 750 at Lifford this year and looks a stayers of some ability.
