Puppy Swift Biscuit (Storm Control-Zaras Fantasy, Jun 17) has joined Gislebertus on five wins on top of the open race winners list.
John Mullins’ 35 kilo black won four sprint opens before switching back to four bends – he started off in A4 at Yarmouth – before landing his first four-bend open at Monmore, a trialstake for the forthcoming Ladbrokes Puppy Derby.
John said: “I decided to give him a couple of weeks off and his next race is due to be in the first round next Saturday. I think a lot of him. He has fantastic early pace and we would be very hopeful.”
