Both dogs have great back stories. Tullymurry Act has worked his way to the top on the pure ability of his offspring after a reasonably low key start to his stud career.

Ballymac Vic is the glamour boy of the breeding paddocks – a champion sire in waiting following a glorious race career.

Breeding history is littered with father/son combinations who have dominated the sires tables Sand Man/Whisper Wishes, I’m Slippy/Murlens Slippy and Top Honcho/Droopys Vieri to name but three.

Vic has all the credentials to move from heir to king while still so young. He is only seven years old.

This is because modern breeding techniques mean that he was able to produce significant number of litters long before he completed his third season of racing in 2014.
