At Cork, Airmount Tess returned to her best form to land the fastest semi final of the Barrys Tea 750 in a flying 41.16.
Among the ‘fastest of year’ recordings were Galway sprinter Fanore Galaxy, and Condor Lily at Kilkenny, though she was pipped for the nomination by the big race winner.
