Snapper Steve weighed in with a double from from runners and made a theoretical £75 profit, from his £100 invested on the night. There was a worthy effort from former SKY producer Dave Lawrence, gallantly representing owners, and also with one foot in the profit column. As for the bookmaking and training representatives, oh dear , oh dear . . . . .
They will have the opportunity to redeem themselves for the SKY Bresmed meeting in a fortnight, or possibly face the ‘Luke Shaw’ treatment. . just sayin’
