Baltovin Leo set the standard in the Vulturi @ Stud Kingdom Derby semi-finals over 525 yards at Tralee on Friday.
Tom Regan’s runner led at the first turn and went on to beat Swords Fern by two lengths in 28.82sec.
Pat Buckley’s UK Puppy Derby Finalist Droopys Nine landed the second semi-final when leading from the opening turn to beat Scissors by four lengths in 28.91sec.
