Do It Bud (ex – Burgess Lyon) – 4 wins from just 9 races this strong running December 2020 pup came from off the pace a few weeks ago to win in a stunning 2882 around Youghal.  Anybody who knows Youghal form will know that for a pup to do such a run from off the pace really does mark them out as having serious open class potential.  Definitely looks as if he’ll get further and should be well suited by the galloping circuits here in England.

Betsys Minnie – unraced September 2021 bitch puppy who recorded a super 2970 around Tralee in the very first trial of her life.  Given her very young age this run must indicate that she has the potential to hit open class here in England once fully matured.  A daughter of Ballymac Merkle who hails from the famed Blonde Returns dam line and counts the sensational Ballymac Inspeed amongst her littermates.  Minnie is a stunning blue bitch who has been reared to be a champion and with the schooling already complete her new owner will have a fantastic young bitch prospect to look forward to for 2023 and beyond.

Return To Me – unraced October 2021 bitch puppy who posted a stunning 2978 when winning the only trial on her card by fully 6 lengths around Tralee recently.  The most impressive aspect of the trial was that at halfway Return To Me was at least 3 lengths behind before coming with a stunning late charge that surely marks her out as a stayer of some potential.  This daughter of Ballymac Kingdom and Ballymac Meena is still as green as grass and must surely have many lengths improvement in her.  This bitch falls firmly into the ‘could be anything’ category and looks sure to attract plenty of attention from those with a keen eye on quality.

Kirsty is a well-built 67lb bitch who won her qualifying trial in Tralee by a massive 7 lengths in 30.21. Her dam Ballymac Arminta smashed the 28.00 barrier at SPK on two occasions, including an incredible 27.70 run in the Semi-Final of the 2019 Irish Oaks. Arminta has the makings of becoming a top-class broodbitch having produced Velasco from his first litter to Ballymac Bolger. Kirsty provides a great opportunity for anyone serious about breeding.

Ballymac Toddy – outstanding unraced August 2021 dog pup who recorded a sensational 29.38 in the sole trial on his card. Ballinabola Bear – A 5-time raced July 21 son of Pestana and Ballinabola Mia. Bear was forced to open his career in the recent ON1 stake at Enniscorthy. In the opening round he took a fair bump yet rode it well and showed great staying power to qualify. Although exiting the competition in the later rounds, he came back to Enniscorthy two weeks later and was beaten only a short head in 29.12 (-20). Last night however, from a more ideal draw, he showed his fuller potential as he got himself into a good position and made six lengths up down the back straight to win by an impressive two and a half lengths in a quick 28.87! This is a puppy who looks to have a big future ahead of him over numerous different distances.
