Big thanks once again to Steve Cale at greyhoundstats.co.uk for the latest update showing active greyhounds by age and GBGB career races to date.

Heading the list is Kinsley grader Apostle who passed his seventh birthday in October. Dave Fradgley’s black first qualified back in early 2016 and might be the only hound currently still in training to have races at both Belle Vue and Peterborough during a long and varied career though he has actually only averaged a little over 20 races per year.

Heading the ‘most races’ list is Terry Munslow’s Nottingham grader Adriknock Amy who is also fifth on the ‘aged’ list. She is currently racing A8 and handicaps, but peaked at around A4. Amy actually moved onto 229 in early December. Third placed Lundhill Bess was retired after reaching her double century.
