Bockos Doomie, who is unbeaten at all UK tracks except Nottingham is a best priced 13-8 chance to land the Ladbrokes Kent Derby over 480 metres at Central Park on Sunday.

Patrick Janssens’ runner, a winner of nine of his 13 races, was soon clear to hold the renewed effort of Lenson John in 28.82.  However he now faced a tricky midfield draw in trap three.

Fayes Jet, who clocked the fastest of the session 28.76sec can be backed at as big as 3-1 despite drawing an ideal slot on the fence.

The other semi-final winner Ballymac Osby is a 5-1 chance after making most to defeat Forest Alan by almost two lengths in 29.25sec.
