Swift Asbolos, who took ten attempts to win his first hurdle race, produced the performance of his career to win the fastest heat of the 380mH Ladbrokes Kent National Hurdle.

Dean Childs runner shattered his personal best of 23.42 with a 23.22 (+20) run, just four spots outside Razldazl Raidio’s course and distance record.

The track record holder was surprisingly eliminated behind kennelmate Razldazl Star who meets another heat winner in Lenson Wilson in next Tuesday’s second semi.
