Slick Sakina continues to set the standard in the PGR Oaks after repeating a ‘Fastest of Round’ performance from last week. Her 28.18 (-10) followed a 28.17 (-10) run last time out. That form was rubber stamped when kennelmate Fabulous Azurra clocked 28.29 following a 28.19 run last week.
Coppice Josie and Whats Up Eva were the two most notable elimated hounds.
Eric Cantillon’s Newtown Sydney went quickest in the Scurry (15.91), which combined with a double for Mark Wallis, gave Suffolk Downs half the winners. Paul Donovan kept the Central Park flag flying with a Tintreach Jet/Lenson On Ice double.
