The voting panel of the Greyhound Writers’ Association have seven nominations to consider for the GBGB-sponsored Greyhound of the Month award for September.
The list is:-
Charity Buster – 3 of 3, including undefeated in Henlow’s KAB Maiden Derby
Do It For Twiggy – 3 of 5, successful in Totepool East Anglian Derby
Droopys Brindle – 2 of 3, including the Romford Puppy Cup
Farloe Axle – 2 of 3, winning the September Puppy Stakes at Towcester
Minglers Thunder – landed the Betfred Steel City Cup on only run in the month
Patches Kerry – took the Champion Stakes
Swift Curie – won 3 of 5, taking the Pinpoint Yorkshire St Leger
The winner will be announced on Saturday.
