It has been one of the most interesting weeks of the year to date with 33 meetings staged.
The 29.00 barrier was broken for the first time in 2016 at Enniscorthy and Kilkenny, whle there were fastest 525s so far this year at Mullingar and Thurles – all four runners have found their way onto the table.
The most unusual – if not ‘unique’ meeting though was staged at Longford where every race was run over the 805 yard trip.
