To consider the report into the positive analysis of a urine sample taken from the greyhound STELLAS SCORPION at Monmore Green on 27^th October 2018, which identified the presence of Benzoylecognine and m-hydroxycocaine ; and the administration of any substance that could affect the performance and/or well-being of the greyhound.

The Disciplinary Committee found on breaches of rules 152(i), 174(i)(b) and 217. Disqualified for 6 months, suspended for 12 months. Fined £1,000.

Former Greyhound Trainer E G Smith

To consider the report of a local inquiry held by the Stipendiary Steward at Belle Vue Stadium on 5^th June 2018 concerning former greyhound trainer Mr Edward George Smith employing unlicensed staff in his kennel.

The Disciplinary Committee found on breaches of rules 9(1) and 152(i) and (ii). Indefinitely disqualified. Fined £500.
