Complete outsider Uluru Candy caused a big surprise by taking the final of the £2,500 David Naughton Memorial Supersprint at Henlow.
Charlie Lister’s 8-1 chance who had recorded the second fastest heat win, took advantage as favourite Mays Tejay was held up in first bend crowding. The former Perry Barr grader then held off My Mate Max by two lengths in 16.52 for the 277m.
