The Big Lad is at it again. Mark Pierrepont (“from 4s downwards”) for £100 on a 9-4 winner £225 profit. The previously ‘luke warm’ Terry Urquhart will also be wearing a smug grin today £150 profit. Robbie Milton had a memorable debut – the sort where you come on as a sub, score an own goal and get set off after ten minutes -£100.

At Romford, Mark Wallis had a nice 7-1 winner. Nathan Hunt saw his hotpot puppy Our Boy Seamus bolt up by six lengths. Shame that the useless pair didn’t tip them. A brace of -£100s. Thankfully ‘Rain Man’ Gander was on the ball when picking out a 13-8 winner and a £162.50 profit. Did you know that there are 423 lamp posts between the Romford car park and his front door!

I impressed myself with my debut on Tuesday, a £250 profit is never to be sniffed at, even for a seasoned professional, let alone a young (fresh faced) debutante like myself!
Today I am going to but my faith in youth, a fellow member of the pundits union once famously said, “you don’t win anything with kids”, he was wrong on that occasion and I am hoping that he would be wrong again today.
I like to the look of Phil Barlow’s exciting young bitch Mightbeastar (R5 T2) I think she will be a star tonight, will definitely come on for her run 10 days ago and I think the make up of the race will suit this April 2019 (blimey that is young, I have underwear older than her!) youngster, I am going for a straight  £100 win

My selection tonight goes iis Good Material (R6 T3). After watching last weeks race against one of my dogs I thought tonight’s race might be run to suit. There is a lot of pace in this race which gives this fast finishing dog a target to aim at.
He will need some luck in running, and the gaps to appear at the right time but I they do he should run a big race – £100 win.
