The Bags Track Championship main trophy. Monmore 23rd December 2011 Pic Steve Nash

GARRYGLASS PIXIE (Towcester)

You would have so fancy Pixie as one of our leading fancies. She has been in season and is improving with every run back. In fact, she would probably have contested the Oaks had it not been for her seasonal break.

LANRIGG SHEENA (Peterborough)

She has already done well for us winning two legs and I think she is good enough to win this. She went well in her trial on going that I though a little slower than the -20 that was given. Definitely one of our best three chances.

YAHOO JOAN (Sheffield)

We are not very strong in the bitches department and I would have preferred Joan in trap one. Her trial was a bit disappointing and I would gladly settle for a place in the first three. Four and five look likely to dominate.

SOME WOMAN (Newcastle)

She is a fantastic bitch who ran for us last year and came up against Ballymac Shirley. I don’t know if there is anything of that calibre in here. She loves trap four, absolutely bombed out in her trial here this week. I am a bit concerned about some sickness in the kennel, but she is one of my three bankers.

QUANTUM (Romford)

She has gone a bit off the boil recently which is why she is in the lower division. It would be a great day to bounce back to her old form. She has a bad draw but will be running on.

WINDSWEPT ELM (Nottingham)

I think Elm will be a big price but she could be one of the dark horses in the event and I would probably make her our third best chance on the day. I think she needs a couple of trials to find her way around and this is her third visit.
