After watching Walshes Hill complete a six-timer in the Sheffield Stadium Sprint on Tuesday, trainer Jimmy Wright outlined plans that he hopes will lead to Romford in March for the Golden Sprint. writes John Forbes
He says: “He did it all wrong on Tuesday, missing the break, but he still got there and is running particularly well at present.
“He will run at Newcastle in the sprint on the night of the Pinpoint Recruitment televised meeting and I will be taking him to Romford at some stage to give him a trial to see how he handles the track.”
