The performance of the night surely belonged to puppy Roxholme Nidge (Droopys Nidge-Silver Dollar, Nov 15) who landed the Puppy Plate in 26.83. The 2-1 chance ran from trap two with favourite Droopys Expert in four.
Hayley Keightey had the favourite in the Festival Flyer in Roxholme Hat (T3), though it was destined to go to the Debbie Calvert trained Precisely (Droopys Scolari-Ballymac Scarlet, Jul 14) who ran from trap two. .
