Wimbledon’s owners association monthly awards were split four ways.
The dogs award was split between Salthill Foxy (Blackstone Gene Balto Lady, Jun 11) and Top El Bolsa (Timor Blue-Agincourt Cilla, Jul 13). Foxy is owned and trained by Ron Peckover. Bola is jointly trained and jointly owned by Dave Puddy and Mr P Walton.
The bitch’s award was shared between Bobbys Princess (Kinloch Brae-Im Cindy, Aug 10) and Kilara Sweetpea (Premier Fantasy-Kilara Evelyn, Mar 14). Princess is owned by Miss J Atkins and trained by Terry Atkins. Sweetpea is trained by Richard Rees and owned by Mr T Beason.
The four greyhounds had identical records of two wins from four outings. Foxy was also honoured for passing 100 races. There was no outright winner of the Four Seasons award.
