Due to an error in the draw procedure, the Ladbrokes Golden Jacket has been redrawn.
The sponsor’s head of stadia, Richard Brankley said: “Basically, as the railers were drawn, they were allocated traps going down the card, so it went trap one, two, three etc and then onto the next heat.
“What should have happened is that the second railer out, should have gone into trap one in the second heat, then trap one in the third heat and so on.
“I was so excited about the draw being down live on a webcam, and then the racing manager approached me looking ashen.
“Apologies to all, the new draw has been made.”
