Do you ever see those warning notices on Facebook about not uncovering graphic content. If you struggle with that kind of thing, don’t read the next line.
What did I just warn you! You just won’t learn! Jimmy Fenwick -£104.39 Jimmy Wright -£437.50. The absent Steve Anderson (currently sitting on the edge of the Tyne Bridge wondering why he didn’t try harder at school) -£350. We suspect this are lot probably sponsored by a major bookmaker.

Three runners far the kennel at Sheffield on a great card at and we have three runners at Towcester first time since re opening. Looking forward to going back there. Of our trio of runners at Sheffield Geelo Princess makes the selection list. We also run Geelo Finest (R6) on her debut. She is a raw pup who has pleased in trials and should make into a nice bitch. She will need race experience, but in a few months time we will hopefully be out open racingwith her. Geelo Mini Bee won her last two but won’t be making it a hat trick with a hidden double upgrade.
Geelo Princess (R3 T1) looks to have been given a chance to get back to winning ways. I can see her leading up in this line up and then she is very hard to peg back when in front. She doesn’t do flashy times but has a great will to win. I see Wilmas Nidge (T4) being the big danger with any type of clear run. She won from an impossible position last week and left good few lengths on the track – but I still make Princess by best bet of the night £30 win
In the final heat of The Young Guns, I was very impressed with Blackstone Milo (R6 T5) in his trial. He looks a serious pup with some cracking runs round Newcastle as well. I think he is drawn very well and will be just a touch too classy for theses rivals £30 win
Coolavanny Bani (R9 T3) was my ante post pick and have no reason to desert her hoping she can bring her best break and lead the 1 round who looks the big danger they look like the 2 qualifiers from this heat but hoping Bani can win the battle .
£30 win £10 treble .
Finally – a big thank you to Nic Jeal far his great sponsorship of the Young Guns at Sheffield, and the upcoming version at Central Park. In these testing times it is very hard to find sponsors and once again leading owners are stepping up to help in anyway they can. We should never take it for granted. Thank you Nic
Rob Crawford
For this evening’s selection I go to the first race on the card, the 6.19 and Phil Barlow’s bitch Spice Age (R1 T2). She will be looking for back to back wins after not being upgraded after her win last time out. I can see her bossing the youngsters in traps 3 and 4 to command the plum rails position. £100 win
Glynn Dobbs
A reat card tonight at Sheffield with some quality Greyhounds on show. My selection is Swift Woof (R13 T1). Barrie Draper’s young pup made a great introduction last week and looks to have every chance to follow that up. He should lead around the first bend and would be very hard to beat with a bit more improvement on last week’s run. £100 win
