Towcester have announced that they are addressing an issue with their starting traps as has been highlighted during a couple of recent meetings.
On several occasions, dogs waiting in the starting traps have been able to stretch a front leg between gaps in the bars thereby risking injury.
Modifications will take place before the next race meeting on Sunday.
