It isn’t often that the sun rises over Sunderland, but the Mackem trio were all on their game on Wednesday night. Supa Sam Linley had a more modest night by his standards but still turned in a £30 profit. In the silver medal position was George Stark with a £135.42 profit. But Sunderland’s Ballon D’or winner for the week is Graham Strike (two singles and a double) for a £189 profit.
At Yarmouth No Balls Hughes finished on -£100. (Not strutting anymore are we!). Sensible Dave Prentice made yet another profit – £18.75. That’s three in a row! Not flash, but dependable! That will buy some more draft excluders. You can never have enough draft excluders. Nigel The Cash Machine Tanner? Well what do you expect? £175 profit. Try not to make a fuss. He’s shy!

Droopys Now (R9 T4) obviously the runner with the most potential, hopeful that in this line up he can be that bit closer to the leaders and come through to win. £30 win.Stonepark Sky (R12 T2) he’s walking out of the traps (so far) but apart from that he’s very progressive £30 win £10 treble.
Drahbeg Dart (R4 T6) Has ran well the last twice after going through a bit of a flat spot, she looks like she could make the running and has a good draw being the only wide runner in the race. £30 win
Stonepark Sky (R12 T2) Got a clear run last week and won well, took a chance on him this week as he’s relatively unexposed having only had 4 races so could well improve now he’s got his head in front and I think he will end up being a better grade than A6 in time. £30 win £10 treble
Robert Short
Emers Pirate (R2 T1) Nice dog with decent early, has nothing to find on the clock. Win a race of this nature. £40 win
Sisters Honcho (R12 T1) Was unlucky last week, by switching off the 4th probably cost him winning. similar sort of race tonight and looks like he can lead. £60 win
