Two Bens ran out the winner of the Best Car Parks Open 750 Final at Shelbourne Park on Saturday.
Phillip Gough’s Sparta Fantasy went to traps the even money favourite but a slow start put paid to her chances.
Graham Holland’s Milldean Cougar went into a clear lead but Two Bens, a winner on Derby Final night, was always travelling well in second and got up close home to score by a length in 41.90sec.
The winner is likely to appear on next week’s Night of Stars Card.
Another dog who will no doubt make an appearance on the same card will be Slippery Fred, who produced the performance of the night in the Open 525.
Larry Dunne’s Easter Cup runner-up, racing from an awkward trap four, flew out and made all the running to score a two and a half length victory over Laughil Bolt in 28.07sec.
