Angie Kibble and Bob Smith will be heading to Swindon when most of the Hall Green colleagues resettle at Perry Barr. The pair currently have around 35 runners between them.
Stadia UK’s Bill Glass said: “Both Angie and Bob have previously expressed an interest in joining Swindon and now seems the opportune time. However, we won’t be leaving Hall Green in difficulties as we would like the transition to be a smooth one over the coming weeks.
“We don’t have a major runner shortage, in fact owners of some of our top grade railers are already struggling for a run. But in that sense, this could be a help because we have never fully recovered in the higher grades from the loss of Kevin Hutton and Matt Dartnall.”
