HOVE might have been a great racing spectacle on Saturday night. As a Tipster Challenge spectacle it had as many highlights as a root canal treatment. Craig Morris flattered to deceive with with £20 on an early 13-8 winner – but then, zilch – for a loss of £47.50. Billy Boyle dreams of only making a £47.50 loss -£100. There is a revolver on the table and one Billy bullet.
Thankfully, Carl Perry is over his midlife punting crisis and delivering another £40 profit at SHEFFIELD. Darren Driver went for his own Saleen Jake for an ‘all in’. Like Frank Lampard, he finished second and -£100. The star of the night though was Glynn Dobbs, all in on an 11-10 winner for a £110 profit.
CENTRAL PARK
Never thought we would say this, but Tony ‘The Syrup’ Collett is the man in form at Central Park.
A great tipping feat? Or crap opposition?
