Henlow racing manager Paul Mellor is “about a dozen runners short between all the different distances” as he seeks open race entries to fill Sunday’s RPGTV televised card. The closing date has been put back to Thursday morning.
He said: “There is something for everyone including the Derby Trialstakes and a Maiden Stayers”
Intriguingly, the conditions for the stayers race reads ” for greyhound that have NOT won an open race further than six bends at the time of closing” – (So presumably most St.Leger winners can take part? Ed)
