Progress is continuing well at Suffolk Downs and the Mildenhall based track is now inviting trainers to apply for positions at the SIS backed venue.
Promoter Kevin Boothby said: “We have now exposed all the hare rail and removed all the old sand from the track. New sand has been ordered and should be laid by the end of August. We still have a bit of work to do on enclosing the kennels but that is all in hand. We are expecting delivery in mid/late September of two new sets of traps so as soon as they arrive they will be installed. I am hopeful we can start trialing in early October.”
“We would now like to invite applications from trainers wishing to become an attached trainer to Suffolk Downs. To apply or enquire we ask that all interested trainer email [email protected] and we will be more than happy to outline our plans.”
