1. Owner Trainer Mr Scott Stutter was found in breach of rules 152(i), 174(i)(b) and 217 of the GBGB Rules of Racing following the positive analysis of a urine sample taken from the greyhound SNATCH at Harlow stadium on 28th January 2019 which identified the presence of benzoylecgonine and m-hydroxycocaine. The committee ordered that Mr Stutter be reprimanded and fined the sum of £500.

Owner Trainer Mr Thomas Jordan was found in breach of rules 152(i), 174(i)(b) and 217 of the GBGB Rules of Racing following the positive analysis of a urine sample taken from the greyhound LEAHA MILLIE at Shawfield stadium on 8th March 2019 which identified the presence of atenolol; and the positive analysis of a urine sample taken from the greyhound MILESIAN SANDY at Shawfield stadium on 3rd May 2019 which identified the presence of cocaine, benzoylecgonine and m-hydroxycocaine.

 

The committee ordered that Mr Jordan be severely reprimanded and fined £750 in the case of LEAHA MILLIE; and that he be made a warned off person in the case of MILESIAN SANDY
