He was reprimanded and fined the sum of £500 for breaches of rules 152(i), 174(i)(b) and 217, he was also fined £200 for a breach of rule 216.
2) John Walton was found in breach of rule 152(i), 174(i)(b), 214 and 217 of the Rules of Racing.
No Further Action was taken.
3) Steven Carrington admitted breaches of rules 9(i), 152 (i) & (ii), 174 (iv) was fined £500 and given a severe reprimand
