Derby winner Dorotas Wildcat continued his comeback with a ‘fastest of session’ 28.79 (-20) solo trial for 480m at Swindon on Tuesday morning.
By way of comparison, the next quickest time was the 29.05 (-20) clocked by Northern Puppy Derby finalist Madabout Philip when beating the exciting youngster Ballymac Osby by two and a half lengths.
Kevin Hutton’s runner is expected to return to racing in the William Hill All England Cup which gets underway next Thursday.
