Following the recent loss of John Gilburn, Sheffield have announced a series of new appointments and promotions.
Dave Perry is be being promoted to the role of Venue Director at Owlerton Stadium, Dave will be responsible for all aspects of Owlerton Stadium’s business. Matt Hamilton is being promoted to General Manager at Owlerton Stadium and Richard Allsop is being promoted to Deputy GM.
Paul Coy is being promoted to join the main board of the A & S Leisure Group Ltd and of Sheffield Sports Stadium Ltd. Paul will take up the role of Main Board Director initially with a focus on the catering side of the business, in particular SSS Ltd new developments at Owlerton Stadium and the Banqueting & Conferencing Suite.
Gary Cook will be joining the company as Venue Director for the Banqueting & Conferencing Development. Gary’s background is in the hotel, banquet and conference field and successfully led the development of the banquet and conference business at Chesterfield Football Club from the ground up.
