The build-up to the RPGTV Scottish Derby starts this weekend with Shawfield advertising the first of a series of Trial Stakes that will take place every Saturday through to March 28th.
The £20,000-to-the-winner competition proper gets under way on Saturday, April 11 with 36 greyhounds featured in six heats, with the semi-finals on April 18 and April 25.
The main event will be backed up by two Category Three competitions worth £2,000 to the first past the post – the RPGTV Puppy and the RPGTV 500 – both of which will start on Derby semi-final night with the deciders part of the gala programme on April 25.
