There must be a natural assumption that the three Newcastle tipsters decided to infiltrate the Nottingham tips – only that could explain how absolutely crap they were! Mark Pierrepont, Terry Urquhart, Alan Bellis (3 x -£100) I cannot bear to look at you. You are an abomination to me.
Oh, and cancel that new car!
Romford – Rain Man Gander was at it again – £150 profit. Effortless! You should see him do the trick counting the matches on the floor! Only with betting tickets.
Zilch for the champion trainer Mark Wallis -£100 though he did predict Puppy Cup and Champion Stakes finalists. NOT LIKE FLAGGING UP A 12-1 WINNER THOUGH WAS IT MARK!
The big surprise – no – scratch that. Then the bloody incredible happened. Nathan Hunt had a winning night +£120. When was the last time you saw his name in blue? A whole new experience for some of you younger readers.
By coincidence – it followed an equally rare profitable night for Robert Short at Perry Barr. Taff power!
Which by an even luckier coincidence happened on the same day that I was sent this joke on Whatsapp.

It’s three from three for Rob Crawford to date – a profit of £650. If he wins again tonight, we’ll be calling in an exorcist. Well not immediately, obviously, we’ll be lumping on his Tuesday tips first.

Just the three runners for the kennel and a rare couple off out open racing Yarmouth looking to qualify for the final on Wednesday.
Geelo Mini Bee (R4 T4) got us back among the winners last week. She made all in this grade she will try the same tactics tonight can see her leading up and hope she gets the lead she needs. Good Material (T3) will be a big danger of getting loose after her but I’ll take Mini Bee to make all again £30 win
I see George Henry (R9 T6) being a big player in this S3 line up. He stays for fun and has the form in his last few 660 races to be winning this. He will be doing it late and fast but fancy him to coming through late for the win £30 win
Coney George (R13 T1) finds himself back in A4. He has gone off favourite for four of his last five A3 races, so he won’t be a big price in this downgrade. He has the early to lead T2 into the bend and then if making the turn in front will see a different dog on the bunny and make him NAP of the night material £40 win

On the premier day in Yorkshire for the other form of four legged racing, over in Doncaster, I seem to have developed the longest short list in the history of the Tipster Challenge!
I have two of Carl’s runners on that short list, but I will let him talk about those. Others that made that list were Magical Buddy in race 3, Mata Hari in race 7 and Glory Millie in race 14. But my selection comes in race 9 and is Deltic Rebecca (R9 T2). Phil Barlow’s May 17 bitch won very impressively last time out, doesn’t get an upgrade for that win and I think will get first run on Harry Grimshaw’s George Henry in trap 6, for a make all victory. £100 win
Glynn Dobbs
My selection tonight goes in the D3 sprint, Mata Hati (R7 T2). This bitch run very well two runs back to win a D2, so now downgraded down to D3 she should have a great chance to get back on the winners card. It does look a hard D3, but I feel she may be above this grade and with a nice start can go on to win. £100 win.
