Lenson Royale shot to the top of the Springbok standings after a hugely impressive victory in a trial stake at Wimbledon on Saturday.
Ricky Holloway’s runner, who was unluckily beaten last week, flew out of the traps and jumping superbly, pulled well clear to come home ten lengths in front of Razldazl Clyde in 29.37sec on going rated as .10sec slow.
Roxholme Ted was a hugely impressive winner on the flat. Hayley Keightley’s runner was soon clear to beat Bockos Bentley by three and a half lengths in 28.55sec.
