The unofficial Romford Sprint Championship staged their latest series of eliminators at Nottingham on Monday night.
The first bout of the night saw a re-match between Phil Simmonds’ Dower Forgold and the David Mullins trained Troy Bella (Tyrur Big Mike-Fire Height Brid, Feb 16) over the 305m course in the first of the £500 finals. Revenge was served with the Mullins runner making it three from four over course and distance with a 17.59 (+20) run.
