With each race worth £500 to the winner, Nottingham unsurprisingly filled all five supporting for Saturday’s Trufame Greyhound Stud Book Trophy Final.
The meeting is sponsored by local breeder Dave Firmager and a number of his business contacts.
Britain’s biggest breeder, ‘Romeo Dave’ has runners in five of the races including Fabulous Landing in the main event.
Nottingham’s Nathan Corden said: “It is a fantastic gesture by Dave to sponsor the opens and the standard of entry is a testament to the high level of prize money.”
