Beaten Essex Vase favourite Roswell Romanov drew trap one in the first round of the Coral Coronation Stakes which gets underway on Friday.
The Mark Wallis trained black – with 11 wins and 4 seconds from 18 races over course and distance – and will start as a short priced favourite to improve on that record in heat five. Defending champ Millwards Master goes in the second qualifier.
