Jim Reynolds is due to trial 15 runners at Wimbledon on Wednesday with a view to running some of them in graded races.
Racing manager Gary Matthews said: “Jim asked if he could run a few here and some of the others that won’t stay, he plans to run at Henlow. At the moment we don’t really need any more dogs, we had six or eight to spare after putting Saturday’s card together. So we may get some moans in the short term, but going forward, we are due to switch to two meetings per week from September and we will definitely need the extra runners then.”
