The 2017 William Hill St.Leger Final went as anticipated by trainer Mark Wallis as Rubys Rascal reeled in early leader Keplar Nine to land the event for the fifth time for the kennel in eleven years.
The 2016 finalist went from trap one with Keplar nine in six. The winner’s time of 42.99 was 30 spots outside his own track record.
