There is plenty going on at Swindon with a couple of important announcements from the racing office.
With the start of the Arc less than a month away, the track are treating all 480 opens as trialstakes and are prepared to duplicate wherever necessary. It will allow more opportunities for trainers with planned multiple entries.
Furthermore, with sponsors already sorted for all the opens on final night, the track are introducing a smaller 509m competition with heats and final due to run alongside the semis and final of the Arc (March Wednesdays 15th and 22nd).
