A day into the permit petition and we are two thirds there – at 137 signatures – and they are still coming in at a decent rate.
A number of racecourse promoters have been contacted and the first to respond – even though he is on holiday – was Yarmouth’s Simon Franklin offering full support.
Hopefully there will be a mention tonight on RPGTV by studio guest Mark Burridge and Jonathan Kay has offered to give the scheme some Racing Post exposure on Thursday.
It has been a tremendous start – now who do you know who would love to train their own dogs from home but might not be aware of what is happening . . . ?
