Lenson Panda can make it ten on the bounce in the semi-finals of the Dublin Coach Juvenile Derby over 525 yards at Harolds Cross on Friday.
Pat Buckley’s dog has clocked the fastest time in each of the first three rounds and boasts a best time of 28.37sec.
He has drawn trap one, a box from which he has won two of his three races, and can dominate throughout.
Pat Guilfoyle’s Skywalker Archie looks the main danger. He clocked 28.67sec in the opening round and has a cracking draw on the outside.
28.53sec Shelbourne winner Toolmaker Scot is the other big runner.
Jaytee Dutch, who made Lenson Panda pull out all the stops last week, can take the other eliminator.
The Droopys Scolari dog had won his previous three at Harolds Cross, was beaten just a length and is the only wide runner in the contest. He can sweep round the outside and prove too strong.
Ian Reilly’s Hee Haws Sheriff is a big threat. He’s won his last two and did 28.67sec in the second round.
Lenson Santi is another to consider after winning his semi-final last week in 29.07sec from the same trap five.
