There is a five way split of the open race winners table with Goldies Hoddle – the biggest prize money winner – having an opportunity to extend his lead at around 8.50 on Friday night.
Should he fail, Southfield Code could head the table (on winner’s prize money) if he were to land the Coral Regency at Hove the following night. Alternately, the gold medal places could be extended by Antigua Fire and/or the return of the marathon queen Micks Little Gem
