Following recent problems with lighting at Sunderland, ARC are to upgrade the whole track.
Greyhound Operations Director Rachel Corden said: “As significant works are required to the floodlights at Sunderland we have taken the decision to invest in new LED floodlights. Whilst this work is fully scoped and scheduled in we will be moving Sunderland’s Tuesday evening fixture to the afternoon and Newcastle’s afternoon fixture to the evening”
