Irish Derby Ballymac Matt went quickest at Wimbledon’s trial session on Wednesday morning.
The Kelly Macari trained Scottish Derby third covered the 480 metres in 28.25(N) three spots quicker than last year’s Plough Lane finalist Making Paper. Pat Buckley put his stars through their paces including Paradise Maverik (28.44), Lenson Sanchez (28.66) and Droopys Roddick (28.59). Charlie Lister would have been satisfied with Coolavanny Pat (28.51) Stay Loose (28.55) and Cloran Paddy (28.56).
