Towcester racing manager Chris Page oversaw the maiden races of a whole series of superstars in his days as the Walthamstow grader and he has a benevolent eye on a young British bred litter who have just qualified at his new home. They are Feb ’14 whelps bred by Richard Yeates out of his 2010 Oaks winner Freedom Emma.
Page said: “Five successfully complete their grading in trials in calc times of 29.08 (Tonto Tornado) , 29.49, 29.79, 29.90, 29.98. They will be making their debuts next weekend.”
