While Magical Bale might have been the quickest to midway, it was his half brother who dominated the latter stages with a two spot advantage over the consistent Taylor.
Logan is already proven over further with a win over 750 yards at Clonmel to his name, plus a win in the 600 yard Irish Cesarewitch. But others will surely also be tested over further. Jaytee Taylor and Lemon Ronald are yet been beyond 550 yards in Ireland.
Master Reed didn’t quite see out the Perry Barr 660 on his last attempt, while Dower Rory has winning form over Monmore’s 630 trip.
