It has been over a fortnight since our late update and 21 runners have achieved notable landmarks during that period including five who have passed the 150 mark including Bahama Paradise who actually won her landmark outing and Devon Ranger who moved onto 151 on Friday.

It is interesting to note the cross section of tracks on the list. At some stage, we may extend the study to see which tracks have the most centurions among them.

What might be interpreted from those figures though will surely be a source of debate.

Even allowing for huge variations in kennel strengths, does a comparatively low number of ‘centurions’ suggest an injury issue at that track?

Or might it be due to the higher standard of racing with no grades for older slower dogs?
